We understand that in our industry, tenants are sometimes viewed as second class citizens. This is far from the truth. Tenants have families, jobs, debts, and personal commitments just like anyone else – and it is not uncommon to have tenants who also own investment properties overseas or around New Zealand.
While renting may not be their preference in their current circumstance, we aim to make their renting experience a positive one. Along with great communication, transparency and convenience, we also encourage our landlords to show appreciation to their tenants by providing them with different types of gifts.
