As we collect your rent from the tenants on your behalf, we have set days/dates where we pay this money to your bank account, along with a statement which includes a full breakdown of the payment. All agencies across our region only offer Bi-Monthly or Monthly payments, but we have now added weekly payments to help ease the burden some landlords face with monthly payments. Providing regular cash-flow, the ability to offset mortgage costs (particularly on larger portfolios), and immediate visibility if a tenant misses a payment.
Weekly – Every Thursday (or the next working day if on a public holiday).
Bi-Monthly – 1st and 15th of each month (or the next working day if on a weekend or public holiday).
Monthly – 1st of each month (or the next working day if on a weekend or public holiday).
We also provide each of our Landlords with a full EOFY Statement to submit to their accountant. With us providing this statement, it eliminates the high cost of your accountant collecting all statements and working out the figures manually. We find this saves our Landlords with multiple properties a few hundred dollars of labour.
